Philadephia Water Ice
  1. Put the fruit, sugar, lemon juice and one-half of the ice cubes into a blender. Puree for 1 minute, then add remaining ice and puree for an additional minute.
  2. Place mixture in a non-reactive pan. Cover with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. Using a fork, stir the mixture. Recover and freeze another two hours. If the mixture is too hard, let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes, then it should be ready to scoop.
