coarsely grated potatoes

Apple Sauce
Instructions
Squeeze as much of water out of potatoes and onions as possible.
In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Place a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into the pan of hot oil and fry.
Serve the pancakes with a dollop of sour cream. Applesauce is a traditional addition.
