Eggs in Shamrocks

My daughter and son-in-law are now the proud owners of six chickens. I am really excited for them to come se me and bring Good Eggs with them!

The novel Good Eggs takes place in Dublin Ireland. This reminded me of an old Pampered Chef recipe at a St. Patrick’s Day Party. This is a fun and quick way to fry eggs and make your breakfast a little more festive any time of the year.
