In a food processor or blender, process the cookies until finely crushed.
In a bowl, whisk the milk and pudding mixes until well blended. Let set. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar. Fold the pudding and whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
Place half of the cookie crumbs in an 8-inch plastic flower pot with the hole covered, or in a trifle bowl; top with half of the pudding mixture. Make several layers, ending with the cookie crumbs. Top with gummy worms, if desired. Serve with a clean garden spade for extra effect.
