Amaretto Sour With Prosecco

How better to celebrate the book giveaway of Diane Kelly’s Paw Enforcement than to fix a fun cocktail? Today I am sharing my “Signature Cocktail” which is an Amaretto Sour with Prosecco. This makes one pitcher that will serve four to five people. The sweetness of the Amaretto is balanced perfectly by the lemon juice and sparkling wine.

I got this adorable print custom made for me from Rockin’ Chalk on Etsy. I also had one made for Joe and Sarah’s wedding and one for Steve. The artist, Michelle, will either mail you a print or you can download one. These are perfect for parties, weddings, anniversaries, and other special occasions.
