I absolutely love jägerschnitzel (Hunter’s schnitzel). I am sure there are other perfectly wonderful German foods, but all I ever want from a German menu is jägerschnitzel. So it is only natural that my Recipe For Readers Recommendation for the novel The German House is jägerschnitzel.
